iPod Touch general settings question (Auto-Lock)

Hi, I have an iPod Touch, version 4.2.1 model MB531LL (BTW what generation is this<<) Anyways what I wanted to know is this, if you set Auto-Lock to NEVER, roughly how long will the battery last? I recently discovered this setting.....and thankfully because I was so sick of dang near constantly having to.. "slide to unlock" , the factory settings were at 1 minute which is way too short so I am trying to figure out if I should set it to 5 minutes or NEVER. thanks

If it's unlocked that means the screen is on but the CPU isn't doing anything. At a minimum you're going to get the video playback time (6 hours), but I'd guess you'd push closer to 10 hours depending on the brightness used.

Oh, and that's a 2nd Generation iPod Touch.
