I currently use my Blackberry as my alarm and it sucks to say the least. I have a 1st gen iPod Touch and messing with the built in alarm app, it sucks even worse. I went to Best Buy and looked at alarm clock docks and didn't see one I particularly liked. I did see a nice Logitech speaker dock that had a battery pack built in.
So I came home and went on the apps store figuring there has to be a good alarm app that will do what I want. I saw a few, but none of them fit. I would like something that can display the time on the screen in big numbers and can play my music for the alarm. Escalating volume and multiple alarms would also be great. I looked on Cydia and didn't see anything like this either. Seems like a simple enough app but there must be a reason I'm not seeing one on the app store.
