Ipod Shuffle Question

Can you fastforward through mp3's quickly? Think podcasts/audio books.

Can you bookmark a regular mp3?

What mp3 players can fast forward. Do the nano's? I just want to hold a button down and it quickly move through the file forward or backward.

the nano can and so should any other ipod and mp3 player. i don't think u can bookmark mp3 but there is a feature in iTunes the let's u remember the position of the song so u can just go back too it. personally i don't like the feature, but you may. but it may lower the battery capacity or something like that.
