ipod shuffle problem, please help!

when trying to fix a different problem on my ipod shuffle i accidentally disabled it through the Safely Remove Hardware tool. however now when i plug the ipod in it isn't recognized by itunes. i've tried to re-enable the ipod but i cant seem to find it. i've tried using the device manager but i cant find it there either. i know it's not a problem with the ipod because it works on my other computer. can anyone help me please?
 
when i plug it in, it doesnt show up in the safely remove hardware tool, so i cant enable it through there
