IPOD - Priceless....

Nice! I'm getting my parents on TiVo under my account and possibly some of my friends. I'll probably go for a DVDR unit once I have enough points, though.
 
my ipod kicked the bucket... computer just won't recognize it anymore. I've tried numerous re-formatting and return to factory default attempts to no avail.

Do I have any recourse, or am I just screwed?

Mine did the same thing under USB 2.0, but under firewire, not a problem.
 
seems easy enough.... apply for their CC and refer three friends and you're in?

how much do you estimate you had to spend with tivo to get to this point?
 
So have we convinced anyone to post a referral with their account info in the Hot Deals forums yet ???

I'm beginning to think there should be a minimum post count before you can start a thread ... would eliminate a goodly number of these idiots and their Fr**Ipod postings.

Really? Seems like they have to activate their tivo sub. in order to get the credit of the referral? argh, all these free ipods ... so tempted to just do it.
