10GB 2nd gen. If I had just waited 4 months, I could have got a 15GB 3rd gen iPod w/ on the go playlists :(

Where can I buy a ipod headphone without the stupid remote control attached? I don't want to pay $40 for a headphone.

1st gen 5GB. All I need. :)

Also using Koss KSC-35 headphones/earclips instead of the tremendously crappy apple buds they give you.

Same here. Sorta pi$$ed me off. But i looked at it in a different way, will i ever even use the full 15gb? probably not, so theres no point in the 20gb model for me.

Save up for one. It took me ages to save up for my iPod. Well worth the wait.

3rd Generation 15gb iPod. With Dock/Remote/Apple Case. I also have a DLO Action Jacket (Black) Case for it.

What do you do with 30GB of space on one of those things?

They would be nice as portable HDs, but, hardly anyone has a firewire port..

If you check around, you`ll find that 90% of mobos come with firewire ports, Audigys come with them, practically all pre-built PCs. And even if theres a chance that you dont have one, then a firewire card only costs £30.
