iPod on School Computer

I got an iPod Nano for Christmas and I want to use it on our school iBooks, but the thing is we have iTunes 6 and I need iTunes 7. When I went to install iTunes 7 it said I needed the administrators password and since we are on Christmas break there is no way I could go to our school and have them put it on. Is there any way I could get iTunes 7 on to my iBook? Thanks
