ipod mini's... bad for running?

unless it's strapped to your arm, don't run with it. I tried putting it in my pocket and it sucked ass...SKIP....SKIP.......PAUSE.................................................
....

I just bought a nano after breaking my regular ipod color in less than a year, using it twice a week at the gym for 2 hours.

I hold on to mine when running (5g ipod though) doesn't skip at all, dont know how good it is for it though.

i've had my mini for over a 1.5 years. i've jog (strapped to my arm) and workout (in my pocket) with it regularly. no problems so far...

ehhh im just a bit scared to use it for running.... maybe I should buy a cheapo MP3 just for running? uhhhh i dunno 🙁

The problem I see with ipod mini's in general when I work on them is that the Hitachi Microdrive & Seagate ST1 Microdrives is that they are so fragile. Such a small hard drive is bound to have problems sooner or later.
