iPod headphones went bad

Anyone know offhand if Apple has a warranty on their headphones that come with their iPods? My headphone's left ear bud has a nasty noise that occurs when bass hits and it's very annoying. Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are covered. Call their 800 number and describe your issue. You will have new ones in a couple days.

I'd use this "opportunity" to upgrade. Don't get me wrong, I love my Nano and my Mini but the ear-buds that came w/ 'em seriously suck.

I have to agree with that. I literally laughed out loud when I first heard them as I didn't think anything could sound that bad. Sony makes some good in ear headphones that are very affordable and sound very good.

i've had two ipod headphones break within a week of the purchase.. i gave up on them

Apparantly they'll send you a pair from their website as well, provided you give them the serial number.
