iPod freezing randomly?

Brother got an Ipod a few months ago and it freezes from time to time, anyone else getting this issue?

What can we do about it?

There doesn't seem to be any kind of specific issue causing it.

Oh, and for the Ipod haters, I reccomended to him to get a different MP3 player because I don't like iTunes at all.

Yeah, it does, hell, I had one of the earlier MP3 players, about 6 years ago and it didn't freeze

How cold is it?

If you see crystals forming in your drinks (with solution) then that can cause your ipod to freeze.

My ipod freezes more in a month than my desktop freezes in a year.

Ah, that may just be it, I expected them to control their own internal temperatures 😛

My RCA Lyra only freezes when it's connected to an unstable power strip with a power surge striking it.. I have to wait till the battery completely fades and recharge it till it's able to use again.. but It doesn't happen to ofetn so I'm ok with it,

I don't think my computer has frozen since like Windows 95.

Not for the price they ask for - they have no ovens. Now the U2 special edition may have something inside different.

 

Hard drive is dying. Seen it too many times before. Run the built-in HDD test.
