iPod docking station/speakers recommendations?

My sister wants one of those docking station/external speaker systems you can plug your iPod into so you can listen to it without head phones.

Does anyone have one of these?

I was looking at this one, http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=203026121&dcaid=15975#prodInfoSec.

Looks pretty cool as it also had video out for her iPod video to hook to a TV.

The only one I've actually heard is the Bose which actually didn't sound bad at all.

Still, I haven't heard any of the others. I think Klipsch has one now and I'd probably give that a look before the Bose.

Most of the cheaper ones probably sound like crap. Personally, I just bought an adapter cable so I can plug mine directly into my stereo.

The JBL OnStage sounds good and isn't too expensive.

JBL on time sounds kick @ss...

sux as an alarm clock though since you can't control the wake up volume on it...🙁

they are pretty pricey...$250 at target but I got a black one from costco for $180...
