IPIBL-LB (Benicia) Modded bios update?

Hi, I have IPIBL-LB (Benicia) Motherboard with v5.35 Bios version, I want to update bios somehow, so I can overclock CPU... I tried to reset bios, but it resets to v5.35 version.. Please help.
