I unfortunately have some bad news about this case. Someone over at MacRumors forums got it and was impressed with the design, but found the implementation to be very poor. He said when you press on the outer case to touch the screen, it creates a sticky (moisture?) bubble between the iPhone and the case, requiring you to constantly take out the phone to fix it 🙁

Sounds like he should make sure it's dry and try to get rid of the air space.
