Hi guys,

I copied over videos from PC to iPhone 5s via iTunes. The videos played fine for a few couple of times and then the next time I tried to play videos they are not even found. It says "You don't have any videos." I know I have videos in there. Why is it keep saying I don't have any videos when I actually have them in my iphone? One time I tried turning off the WIFI and all my videos showed up so I was able to play them. But since then I haven't been able to play any videos cause it says "You don't have any videos". My IOS version is 10.2.1.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue? Is this some kind of bug?

Thank u

Ok as for videos not showing off at all was caused by tinkering with one of these settings here which wiped off all my videos.

But the problem with "You don't have any videos" still remains. I found out that the only way to remedy this problem is to DISABLE WIFI for the iphone to show up these videos in TV icon. In old IOS apps the videos would be under "Videos" but this is no longer available in newer IOSs. This is really inconvenient for me having to turn off WIFI everytime in order to watch my videos off iphone. Why did Apple create this bug on purpose it makes no sense. If I was Apple software engineer I would make videos appear whether your Wifi is diabled or not.
