Iphone ring tone really quiet?

I used th xylophone ringtone as my default ringtone and set the volume to highest for the ringer, which, btw, isn't really loud either. REcently, i've noticed the volume getting lower and lower, the volume is still on high but when i get a call, the ring tone is really faint. With ambient noise, like the tv on, you can't hear it at all. Does anybody else have this problem?
 
yea, I went over to the apple store and compared side by side with their display models, at full volume, my speaker is less than half of the display models. Now the so called mac geniuses are saying that they need to send it in for repairs and can no longer just swap me a new one. I'm leaving for vacation so i'll do it when i get back. I plan on demanding a rental phone in the meantime cuz if i didn't pay this much money to go day without a phone cuz there was some problem due to no fault of mine.
 
It would be retarded if they didn't give you a rental or something. My cell phone IS my housephone, it's my only phone! So if I'm without it for even a day I miss all my personal phone calls. Luckily my iPhone has held up well so far...mmm, iPhone.

Cell providers are all retarded, my Smartphone broke and Verizon say they couldn't do anything to help because it was a Smartphone and they can't swap them in store but they would have one mailed to me FedEx. It was a Thursday evening so I was looking at no phone till at least Monday. AT&T is about the same, mix in it's an iPhone it just makes it that much harder to get shit done.

 
jailbreak and add a custom really loud ringtone. its pretty easy and now they have tools to automate it for you.

I loved the iphone UI and since my cell is my business phone I had to go back to my blackberry.
