Who thought this was a good idea? D:

It's like the recycling bin in Windows. It's a two-step delete to REALLY free up your space and forever lose your data. It's to allow you to undo your deletes up to 30 days or something like that.

Who thought this was a good idea? Anyone who ever accidentally deleted something.... The entire "swipe and press here to delete" is easy to accidentally remove something important. If that permanently deleted it, that would enrage quite a few fat fingered users.

You can't actually swipe any pictures to delete them. And most things you can swipe to delete can't be undeleted.

The files should be automatically deleted when you're running out of space like in other filesystems. If the files are still taking up space, they aren't deleted.
