Lady I work with is trying to get her iphone to download emails from our hostgator email server.
The phone is connecting, but it is not downloading emails. The email client on her phone shows no emails on the server, even though she probably has hundreds of emails.
Hostgator tech support sent me to a walkthrough to setup the iphone. I followed the step-by-step walk through to set up the email account on her phone.
Thunderbird is working on her desktop sending and receiving emails.
I tried setting the email client to imap and pop, neither one downloaded the emails.
Any suggestions?
