Recently got 7950 and trying to decide on motherboard. One deciding feature would be monitoring temps. Does anyone know if there is an iphone app that monitors gpu temperatures for my sapphire card? I ran across the pcmonitor app, but it doesn't appear outright that it will monitor gpu temps as well. I am ready to build a matx to put below my tv in a cabinet and need to be able to monitor temps from an iphone (or even android in desperation) so my kids don't blow out my system when playing games. All I have left to purchase is a matx motherboard, and would rather not spend 200 bucks to get the asus maximus v gene with the rog app if I can go with an asrock extreme4-m and get (non rog app) an alternative iphone app that will work. All help appreciated as soon as possible (10% off on asrock board atm).
