iPhone Dashboard view?

Is there a "dashboard" view for the iPhone that can quickly show my latest email msgs, upcoming calendar items, and time on one screen?

Also, is there a faster way to flip through email accounts than going up/down the heirarchy of account->email folders->inbox?

The only way to accomplish the 'dashboard' view would be to jailbreak it with a custom lock screen, afaik.

Also I think there will be an all in one Inbox in an upcoming OS release, similar to OS X Mail/iPad Mail. But for right now, no.

I think only if you jailbreak, but I have heard a lot of people wanting it in iPhone OS 4.0

I don't know why they still have't put an all in one mailbox on the iPhone yet, the whole hierarchy system blows my mind and is a horrible workflow

dammit, i dont wanna have to go through the trouble of jailbreaking (v3.1.3). you're right, it does blow my mind there isn't a better email interface considering Apple is always about how intuitive they are. the interface for it is practically archaic.
