I tried upgrading my iPhone 6 over the air to iOS 11.
Now it is in recovery mode and cannot Restore or Upgrade through iTunes.
I have tried numerous cables and computers, and even took it to Apple and they said it is a hardware issue.
My lightning port was a little messed up, so I thought that was causing the issue.
I replaced it, but I still get the same error through iTunes (error 14, which all resources say is a USB error).
Since it is now worthless to me, are there any other methods to force an iOS install other than with iTunes?
Any way to jailbreak if necessary to avoid the iTunes error?
I don't want to jailbreak, but if Apple and iTunes cannot help me, I might have to.
Any other recommendations? Thanks!
