iPhone App to find prices using product barcode?

I saw watching a commercial last night for the G1 and they showed that it can take a picture of an items barcode and then go out to the web and find out what the lowest price(s) are. Does anyone know if there is an app like that for the iPhone or if one is in work?

I don't think the iPhone's camera can focus close enough to make this work.. but I could be wrong.

There are several free apps in the app store for reading QR codes, but like Kmax82 says, the camera really isn't good enough for them.

There is a case with a builtin macro lens that may help for these sort of apps, let me see if I can find it...

Found it...Clarifi. Also a link there to snappr, which says it can read UPCs. I'm downloading it now to see how it works.

Ok...took about half a dozen pics of barcodes on my desk. snappr couldn't read a single one. Lighting in here sucks, but I wouldn't expect it to be too much better at many stores.
