I want to get my personal email on my iphone. I can easily set this up but i get so many spams a day that it would take forever for the iPhone to download them all.
So, i went ahead and set up a gmail account that can retrieve my personal email. The gmail spam filter can get rid of most of the spam. I can now access my personal email on the iPhone through my gmail account.
The one question i have is that when my personal account gets an email and i pick it up on the iphone i would like to be able to reply (using my iPhone) but have it show that it was sent from my personal account.
On the gmail settings you can set it up that the "from" field is from you personal account which is what i want rather then it showing that the mail is from my gmail account, but if i reply using my iphone it still shows my gmail account in the "from field.
Is there a way to change this or is it just a limitation of the iphone/gmail?
