First question........

In the month I've owned my 6s I had it randomly power-off for the first time today. I put it on the charger while it was at 45% and walked away. 2 hours later it was dead. I soft-reset and it came back & was fully charged. The problem is well documented here ------ https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6548606?start=30&tstart=0 ----- but there's really no "why" it happens, just the soft reset solution. (I really wish Apple would respond in these cases if only to say, "Hey, we're not perfect, just deal with it!". But they don't....Grrrr!!!)

Second question......

I'm still on 9.0.2 since that's what was on it when I bought it. If there's one thing I've learned in my short Apple-history it's to NOT upgrade until you are 100% sure you are ready to.

Any reason to not go to 9.1 on my iPhone 6s 64gb phone???

TIA

I woudnt worry about it if it's only happened once. Probably a bug in the firmware. I've had my phone randomly reboot on me a couple of times at night for some reason.

The only reason to stay on 9.0.2 is if you want to jailbreak. That's the last one you are able to. Otherwise upgrade. If you are going to upgrade, I would recommend to upgrade through iTunes and not through the phone.

Well I'd say there's more reason than just for jailbreaking.....(newer is not always better)......but why do you like the update via iTunes any better than thru the phone??
