iPhone 5s [Sprint] on another network?

I'm looking to purchase an iPhone 5s on ebay which is a Sprint version. Currently I live in a country where there is only GSM providers and the LTE band is 1800Mhz(Band 3). Is it possible to use this iPhone in my country? And have voice over data as even though its a Sprint Model its not on Sprint network. 😕 Will there be any differences in the phone in comparison to the AT&T version?
