Iphone 5s/ios7 question

So when i had an iphone 4 years ago when i brought it Verizon set up my email (msn) for me. When i would check my email on my phone i could delete emails from the phone but my email would still be there when i checked it on my pc. How do i set it up so that the emails i delete from my phone doesn't delete the email from the server?

Figured it out but not sure why it works they way i wanted it to. Instead of using Exchange or Outlook I selected other. Now it doesn't delete the emails from the server just the phone.

No, I think he was using POP before and is still using POP now.

Correct, Pop will be device specific regarding your mailbox. IMAP or Exchange commands will be carried over to every mailbox, IE Delete an Email on your phone and it deletes it from your PC as well.
