Iphone 5 replacement?

My iPhone 5's fritzing out (random reboots) and I'm up for a t-mobile jump upgrade anyways and figure I'll try something different before heading back to the iPhone 6 - any suggestions?

I'd say all that I expect from the phone is better photo quality, slick performance, and hopefully decent build quality (i had a samsung gs 2 and the thing was flimsy). Would the htc one be an upgrade or a downgrade? The nokia 925?

The HTC One would be a downgrade in camera quality.

Grab a Note 3, Android is significantly better than it was a few years ago, owning a Windows phone is just painful, particularly if you give a shit about apps.

The Note 3 can be a flipping desktop replacement
