Iphone 3GS photo/video

I recently got one, and noticed the photo's and video were kinda blurry. I know someone with a 3g, and most of there pics are Clear.
Im not sure if dropping my phone will all of a sudden cause the image quality to drop.

just wanna see if anyone notice's this? I do know that 3MP is also not that special for a camera

You do autofocus it right?

I let it focus and shoot.

Does the autofocus seem like it takes too long to focus?

No, sounds like perhaps you got a defective camera phone?

takes anywhere between 3-5 seconds it seems.

i watched video the web. it almost seems normal for that. i suppose i could take quicker if needed

ok then different question, Would dropping it from the top of a fridge cause the quality to be less than stellar?

Yea that could have knocked something loose.

hmmm, i mean the video looks the same. and the auto focus takes the same as other's.
maybe its a small case of paranoia

Probably. The iphone camera has never been great, and a higher MP count doesn't mean the camera is much better.

First, put on shirt.
Second, one is low light so you can't compare them.
