iPerf on the Mobile Benchmark

As I don't get similar results to what that you are publishing - I Have a quick question:

In the benchmark section in this site - where there is iPerf tests category;

What is measured?

1) UDP/TCP?
2) Rx - to the device / Tx - from the device
3) Does the test is with a server or using two devices of the same type?
