iPAQ Handheld - Need to know

I work with a guy that wants to sell his iPAQ (used, in great condition) for $150 USD. I'm not sure exactly which one it is though, and I don't know too much about iPAQs.

Here's what I do know:
Isn't older than 2 years
Has a color display with USB cradle

I'm not sure if it's the 32MB or 64MB version, and I don't know whether it displays 4K or 65K colors.

I'm pretty sure this would be a sweet deal if it were the 64MB, 65K color version, what about if it was 32MB version?

Any input is appreciated.

If it's the 3635 (32mb) with color display (4096 colors) and it's in good condition, $150 wouldn't be a bad price. Not hot, but not bad. Radio Shack cleared these out recently for $200 after mir & Compusa clearanced them for $150 after mir. You'd want to make sure it comes with the compact flash sleeve (the black stuff on the side) so you could add some storage space.
