does anyone know how to copy simple data files from a pc to an ipad air? on android, it so easy, on apple, i cant get it to work.

Looks kludgey. I'd just use DropBox or Google Drive.

Photos sync with iCloud. Make sure it's installed on your PC.

if you're looking for USB Mass Storage mode, return the iPad and buy an Android tablet.
