I just updated an iPad Air 2 to 8.3 from 8.1.1 and after the update was completed, I ran through the 'setup' normally, but once it gets back to the home screen, it just flashes quickly and starts the 'setup' over again.
I tried resetting the iPad, same problem. Erased it and restored a backup, same problem. Erased it again, and it worked, so I tried restoring an older backup, same problem. There are 3 backups available to restore from and each does the same thing. So its something in the backup.. Is there anyway I can make it work with a backup restore? A fresh iPad really is not ideal.. so much stuff is lost....
