As you can see on this picture http://images.uploadimago.net/66235untitled.JPG my faneq don't adjust my speed, it did at some point but now I just can't get it to work. I can't recall I did anything differently back when it worked.
But anyone that can see anything wrong with my settings? Because as you can see it should run 30% of the cpu speed but 1300-1400rpm is max speed.
