IP35 Pro and OCZ vendetta 2

I recently got an IP35 Pro board and I was wondering if the OCZ Vendetta 2 will fit on this board because those heatsinks on the board are quite massive

If it's the same thing as the Xigmatek S1283, it seems to fit but with a little bit of rubbing. The link shows a picture of it.

I just put together my IP35Pro and E8400 yesterday.I originally was going to use the Vendetta 2,got tired of wrestling with the dreaded push pins so I ordered a bolt thru kit for it.Should be here soon.Getting rid of my Coolit Systems Eliminator.
