IP35-E No longer boots - Urgent Help please!

My cousins pc is no longer booting. Everything has been running fine for atleast 3 months and suddenly when he went to turn it on it would hang on the Abit boot logo. First thing I did was clear cmos and try booting again. As soon as I cleared the cmos the Abit boot logo wouldn't even show up anymore, the screen stays black, it does the normal boot up then turns off then boots again but nothing ever comes up on the screen. The fans keep spinning and it sits there like that. Next thing I did was remove 1 stick of ram and once I did this I get a long beep on the second boot. It's not 1 beep but a repeated long beep, BEEEEEP.... BEEEEEP..., keps repeating slowly. I have tried each stick 1 at a time in all 4 slots and sometimes I get no beep or sometimes I get the repeated long beep again, but still nothing will come up on the screen and I can't acceess the bios. I've tried resetting cmos several times and even removed the battery. Any ideas??? My first thought is the ram isn't getting enough volts from the default bios settings but then why did it suddenly stop booting after 3 months? I had the correct bios setting and the ram was always working before till today.

Specs are:
mushkin Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 Conroe 2.13GHz(was running 3.2ghz with default voltage and stable)
ABIT IP35-E LGA 775 Intel P35
CORSAIR 620HX 620W
EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer 7.1

The ram was only running a 1:1 ratio with the fsb too so that's only 400mhz@2.2v before it stopped booting after 3 months... I don't understand what's going on now. Any ideas? Should I buy the cheapest 1.8v ram I can find and see what happens? Something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820609084

The $10 ram from newegg I linked should boot up right? So I can change the volts for 2.35 and see if the mushkin even works anymore. I guess if the supertalent boots and the mushkin still won't... gg gotta rma it.
