IP35-E Chipset Cooling

I got a free cooler master chipset cooler:

I am doing a new build with an IP35-E, is it worthwhile replacing either chipset cooler with that?

Case is a cooler master ammo 533, i bought 2 very high (110) cfm 120mm fans I will be using for it, and will use a zerotherm btf92 OC for the processor...the cpu is an e8400 and graphics card is an 8800gt (been slowly ordering stuff and picking off prices since i knew i was gonna wait for the e8400)...
