IP Won't Stop Trying to Connect to My Firewall

A while back we had a team within the company I work for test out Google Compute. They set up a VPN to our corporate firewalls. They decided NOT to use the product, for whatever reason. When the account was shut down, apparently the VPN service was not, and that same IP keeps trying to connect to our firewall, over and over and over again, at least a dozen times in a minute. I've blocked the traffic now, with an ACL. The problem is I can't get a hold of anybody at Google to shut it down. I need to have a paid account to get the help I need. If I do get a hold of somebody, I get the run around. Whois information for the IP doesn't help. Either the email provided is a no reply email, or nobody ever replies. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Contact sales, and tell them, they should be able to help, or, at least transfer you to someone who can.

Thanks! I tried that actually. They said they would reach out to somebody and a few days went by without any change. I contacted again and they just told me to block it on my firewall.

Ask your ISP to change the IP address assigned to your company?
