IP Tunneling with Linux using the Open VPN

Helo everyone. Can anyone help me to make IP tunneling between two Linux machines. One of them has static IP adress and the other has not. I plan to use the Open VPN application for this. This two Linux machines should be gateways for two remote networks. I want connection between all other machines behind the two linux machines. That VPN connection must be active non stop.

Please, anyone with experience HELP!!!
