i need some websites that can change my IP address. (by using their "gate")
does anybody know the URLs? thanks.
 
because one of my favorite website is ban ALL IPs from our regions. so, even though i change my ISP (local), i still can't visit the website.

as the webmaster said, the reason of the IP restriction. is because many people of our region steal the LINK of that website.

I definitely dont understand that reason, but the general reason for blocking an area of the world from accessing a server is security threat. Get your ISPs to clean up their act, that will fix the problem without resorting to proxies.
 
He wants a remote web proxy, and I'm sure those exist, but I can't come up with any links off hand. You can't do anything about your IP address, though.
