My wife's company wants to investigate using IP Phones in their office. They only have about 8 people that work there and no one has their own number (all calls go to the front desk and are transferred from there).
This is located in the Milwaukee, WI area. Does anyone know of a company (checked Vonage already) that offers a service like this? All calls need to be able to call out but there only has to be one line coming in (or multiple to put people on hold and take another call). Plus the fax line..
I'm not sure where to even begin looking since I don't know much about IP Phone Service. I know how the phones work but not about who provides the service behind the phones.
Are there national companies that offer this regardless of where you are located or would I need to find a local company to offer this service? Not sure on that either.
