ip of a different country?

I need to open an account with Neteller Now i live in Singapore but travel quite a bit, but when i try to log in from a different country it blocks access as i no longer have a singapore IP. I have tried anonymous proxy services but they don't work for secure sites.

Would appreciate any help on this. thanks in advance

Once you are in another country they can and will filter things.

Setup a box on your network with an ssh server, and tunnel http over it 🙂

Or use VNC to browse the web from your home PC.

Or setup a private proxy using squid on your home network

There are ways to do this without using anonymous proxies
