IP Masquerading

Anyone know of any good help document that explains how to setup IP Masquerading on Red Hat 7.1? It would be real beneficial if it was geared toward a newbie. I'm trying to set it up, and the only thing I've found is the howto on linuxdoc.org, but to me it's not to newbie-friendly. Any help would be appreciated.

Unofficial IP Masquerade HOWTO

I prefer the latter because it is more updated but I'm not sure exactly which kernel RH 7.1 runs on. I thought it was like 2.4.2 so I would definitely use the Unofficial guide. Both are suitable though
