IP Blockers for Win 7 64 bit?

What IP blockers are you using for Bit Torrent for a Win 7 64 bit system? I have heard things like Peer Guardian, which was the old standard, has problems on W7 64 bit. So what are you guys using these days?

they are flawed in that i could be on comcast at home watching your activities and logging. all it takes is a couple of those to bring down peerguardian's whole premise of existence. and that is how it is.
 
I don't think anything like that would hold up in court. Your IP is still involved in the swarm, the fact that certain IPs can't connect to you is a technicality.

Yea, there's no guarantees. Anything beats a blank though. It's like A/V. None of them will protect against all viruses, but it's still better than nothing.
