IP blocker for vista

Anybody know of an IP Blocker that works in Vista?

Windows Advanced Firewall, built into Vista. Works perfect here with blocking BF2142 ads.

I'm talking about something like PeerGuardian or Protowall. Unless there is a way to get Windows Firewall to use thier blocklists.

does peerguardian refuse to run in Vista? Have you tried?

It runs, but it won't block anything. They are supposedly working on a vista compatible version, but they've been saying that for months now.
