Below is part of an email sent to me. THe email wants me to request IP's that are needed for our network. We run NAT so I need one IP for the router, one for the Firewall/NAT, and 4 others for servers. That being said, what should the example below look like for me?

This helps to alleviate the overwhelming need for IPv4 addresses, it can also create a huge administrative overhead with requests for /30s. However, NAT is a valid use reason. The initial table would look like this:
