IF I CONNECT TO MY WIFI THEN CONNECT TO MY NEIGHBORS WIFI on the same computer, would someone or a website know I am physically sitting in the same place? Would the IP address change with the WIFI connection? My neighbor and I want to do a promotion that is one per household and she wants me to fill out her information, but I'd rather do it at home, instead of at her house.
 
Yes, they can figure it out without a lot of precautions on your part. Why can't your neighbor simply do the "promotion" on her own?
