Start -> Run -> cmd.exe
netstat -n

May I ask what you need their IP for? Not like you can do any damage with that information alone.

Well, aiding these kinds of methods are usually not allowed, but I'll let you in on a secret. You don't need to download it, if you have Windows (don't know about any other OSes)

Should this question be in the networking forum anyways?
