Android has many native call recorder apps for download which record calls automatically (so no 3-way) and save all your recordings on your phone without any cost.
I don't have an iphone but need these features so looked around and the only app for ios that promises to do all the above without interruption is this: http://www.ioscallrecorder.com/
Anybody has tried this or could give it a go to see if it works? Thanks!
PS. I really hope somebody wants to do the effort to try it. Back in the days there were many helpful people on this forum but in recent times they seem gone so hope there are still people here who wanna help. Thanks again!
