IOS 9.3.2 update bricking 9.7 iPad pro's

I think this was the version that just went on my wife's ancient iPod Touch. Got lucky, it seems.

And people still holding Apple above other companies is hilarious to me. I mean, try telling those people that it just works. And in my city, there is no Apple Store. That'd be a kick in the pants.

I kept ignoring the 9.3.2 update for the last several days, today I deleted it from my iPad Pro 9.7" and now a check for update says there is none available. Apple must still have the update offline for Q&A.

Yeah, they pulled it for the iPad pro models. Haven't heard of issues with other iPad models but haven't looked that hard.

Apple generally does work more easily than it's competitors. That doesn't mean it's perfect.

Updated my 1st gen iPP 12.9 with no problem.

What you said and what I said are two different things. Simplicity and "it just works" overlap a bit, but what I'm talking about is obviously not the overlap.
