I have a question about iOS 5.
I have an iPad 2 which I have synched to my 2 work Outlook email accounts, so I can check emails occasionally while on the couch. I was flabbergasted that Apple allows you to put password restrictions on the Web browser and YouTube, but not on an obvious app like email. My kids use the iPad all the time for entertainment, and I don't want the email app available. For example, they might accidentally switch to it if I had it running in the background, and they are task-switching. I ended up jailbreaking the device, so I could install Lockdown Pro, and this works perfectly. However I'm stuck on iOS 4.3.3.
Does iOS 5 have any improvements to the "restrictions" part of the software, located at "Settings | General | Restrictions "? I just want to restrict the email app, and nothing else.
That would allow me to upgrade to iOS 5.
