Iomega zipcd flash to plextor firmware

what good is it? and how do i do it? i'm sure that i have the remarked plextor in the 12x10x32x flavor ^_^

Iomega is slow to release their firmware so if you can flash the Plex's one you may avoid some potential problems without waiting for Iomega. If you also hack the name of the drive then you can use Plextor's software.

now exactly HOW do i do all of this. what issues are there with the original firmware anyway? it seems to be burning perfectly fine as is. i just want to know ^_^
